council has granted a Btreet car fran-
chise to the Oklahoma City Land and
Electric Railroad Company. The offi-

tectives received a mysterious warning
today of anarchistic plots against the
members of the English royalty and
precautions for their safety have been
redoubled. All the anarchists in Lon-
