1000 examination will bo held in any
city in the United States whore it has
a board of examiners for the position
of constable in the Indian service.
The examination will consist of tho
third grado basis as a general intelli-
gence test tho scope of which may be
for iid in section 43 of tho mauual of
examinations revised to Jan. 1 1000
as 'well us experience and special qual
ifications. Tno bas's part of the ex-
amination will be given a weight of 30
per cent while tho experience and
qualifications will bo given a weight
of 70 per cent.

qualifications required to fill this posi-
tion aro courage honesty cool deter-
mination a knowledge of tho country
and people and especially a knowl-
edge of the Osage language.
From tho eligible resulting from
this examination certification will be
made to till three vacancies in tho po-
sition of constable at the Osago agen-
cy Oklahoma at a salary of 5720 per
annum each
This examination is open to all citi-
zens of the United States who comply
with the requirements and desire to
enter the service. All such citizens
aro invited to apply. Applicants will
be examined and graded with entire
Impartiality and wholly without re-
gard o any consideration save their
ability as shown by tho grade attained
in tho ex.aninr.tion. In making certi-
