Rep. and Kelly Dom. vs. Kellog Rep.
Tho judge deoided that Masterman
had a majority of three votes and that
Kellogg's majority was five votes.
After tho last election the county
commissioners ordered that Messrs
Masterman and Kellogg bo issued cer-
tificates of election which order waB
oboved bv county clerk Earl Becbe.
Osborne and Kelly contested. A re-
fereo was appointed and afterspending
several days decided that Osborne had
received 1187 votes and Masterman
1185. He also decleed that Kelly's
majority over Kellogg was seven.
