January . . .
Is the winter month when all
merchants clean up their win-

year we have some bargains
to offer for the leant munev
that have ever been our good
fortune to secure. Our trade
has been larger than ever b--fore.
As a lesult we have
more odds and ends left this
season than ev.r before.
When...
Odds and Ends
accumulate the best thing a
shoe dealer can do is to sell
them at whatever price they
may bring. During January
of every year we put that
price low enough that bar-
gains fly in every direction.
You understand we can't fit
you all in these broken lots
but if you happen to get a fit
you get a great bargain.
Come in and we shall take
pleasure in showing you
through and if you find tome-
thing to suit you will be
pleased. If not you will be

territory is now represented among
th ij students and friends of education
are getting away from the idea that
nothing but farming Is taught by the
college. In fact farming Isn't taught
at all the boys already know how to
perform tho material opcratlo s of
farming and need no teaching along
that line. It is true that all of the
work about tho college form and
buildings Is po'formod by students
who arc wcl paid for their work and
In this way assisted In j rocurlng un

not required. There are too many
other important things to be lea ned
to admit of wasting tho student's

manual labor.

crowded to rucIi an exteut that the
