In tho May "Chatterbox" there Is a
story of a farmer who had a wombat
for a pet; ho took It a long way into
tho forest in ordor to got rid of it but
twice tho little animal returned hav-

There is a number of othor stories of
natural history in this magazine about

story of "Pompey tho Groat Roman"
is told in an interesting way and in
tho series of "Youngsters in Popular
Tales" there Is an article about Henry
Esmond.
