ard murdered in this city Sunday
supposedly by his mistress Irene
Williamson some startling evidence
was Introduced implicating Marlon
Williamson her divorced husbaud In
the crime. (1. 11. States saw both
Williamson and his divorced wife in a
sequestered spot in the country live
hours before the crime wns committed
looking over the insurance policy of
the life of Leonard. Mrs. Williamson
has confessed this. Another witness
saw Williamson running excitedly out
of the alloy where the body was found.
It was also proven that tho William
son woman was secretly and illegally
married to Leonard at Marlon Lan.
about three weeks ago. Iloth Will-
iamson and his former wife In their
Ignorance overlooked the fnct In tho
policy that it excepted minders and
hence there Is no beneficiary.
The coroner's jury held Murllon
Williamson his former wife and her
boy Norville guilty of the murder.
It Is intlinnted that the boy has made
n confession charging his father and
mother with the inurdurand alleging
that they hud formed a conspiracy foi
her to get a divorce and marry Leon-
ard and when she had got nor insur-
ance money on lii.s death they would
marry again.
