This photograph just received from Paris shows Sarah Bernhaardt
In hor present role in "La Gloria." The years seem to have fallen from
the famous French actress although in her idle moments she is sculping
a niarbel statue of herself which is to be p'.aced on a magnificent tomb
she is having built upon a wild and rocky islet in the Bay of Biscay not
far from her summer home at Bell Isle. This islet affords shelter for a
small fishing fleet in ense of storm and the arms of the figure are out-
stretched as if beckoning to harrassed fishermen to come to her little
haven.
