"Better lie Dead
Than Out of Fashion"
SO said Dean Drumniel in
his time the best dressed
man in London.
It is pretty nearly the same
today. The man who doesn't
keep up with the times in his
appearance is socially cousid-
a "dead one"
No fear of that fate for the
man whose clothes we make
to measure. Correct in every
detail of design any tailoring
flawless of fit constructed for
permanent shapeliness; such
are our made-lo-wcar clothes.

Fatal Accident
Didn't Bring it Home.
J. II. Griffin has returned from
his trip to Jalisco Mexico. When
asked what he thought of the
country Mr. Griffin replied "I
didn't bring any of it home with
me." It was quite evident that
he was far from enthusiastic over
the country. In fact he was not
at all favorably impressed with it.
He stales that there is much good
land in that part of Mexico but
it will cost $25 per acer to clean off
the brush. He think there is an
opportunity there to make money
tn the cattle business. However
much capital will be required iu
any sort of undertaking. Mr.
Griffin says he may go back some
time but for the present he is con-
tent to remain in Chickasha.

Hot Afraid ct Ghosts
Pew dramatic productions in
recent years have attracted fnore
attention than Hall Caine's great
play "The Christian." The pre-
sentation of the play given by the
Albert Taylor Co. at the opera
house last night was a very
meritorious piece of work. A large
audience was present and it was a
highly pleased audience. Many!
had seen the play before but it is
admitted that no one ever saw a
finer presentation of the play by a
company in its class man was giv
en by the Albert Taylor Co.
Mr. Taylor and his company are
to be congratulated upon the class
of plays they have chosen and
the high favor they have won
with the public. Tonight the

When Sid Anderson came down
town this morning and went to the
undertaking rooms he found the
door slightly ajar. He was some
what surprised at this knowing
that he had locked it last night
Entering the room he saw lying on
the floor a man s coat hat and
trousers. A casket near the door
had had the lining torn out of it
Sid was slightly perturbed at the
sight. Calling Otis the two enter
ed the room and were surprised to
be greeted in the rear end of the
store by a stranger in his night
clothes. They questioned thegen
tleman but the latter was unable to
give any account of how he got in
to the store.
The indications were that he had
unbilled too freely of some sort of
stimulant and iu fact had acquired
a comfortable jag and in this con
dition had broken into the store to
fmd a sleeping place.
When arrested he gave his name
as W. M. Morgan. lie was fined
