The United States Civil Service
con.niission has announced an exam-
ination for the county of Grady Ok-
lahoma tp be held at Chiekasha on
January 24 1920 to fill 'the position
of rural carrier at Minco and Rush
Springs and vacancies that may lat-

lost offices in the above mentioned

Before daybreak Christmas morn-
ing five car loads of Y. W. C. A.
girls from the Chiekasha high school
chaperoned by Miss Flagler visited
many homes In Chiekasha und sang
Christmas carols. They also sang at
the Hock Island station where trav-
elers were waiting for their trains at
local hotels at the Chiekasha hospi-
tal and at the Hock Island shops
where the night crew was still on
duty.
