AX ORDINANCE FIXING THE COM-
PENSATION O' THE CITY MAR-
SHAL POLICE JUDGE AND CITY
ATTORNEY OF THE CITY OF
CHI'KASHA
Be it ordained by the mayor tr.i coun-
cilnjen of the city of Chic-kasha Ok-
lahoma: Section 1. That the city marshal
fchall receive as compensation for his
services a salary of 1.00 per month
H.nd one dollar for ail prosecutions
for violation of city ordinances where
a plea of guilty is entered or a convic-
tion eecurred which fee of one dollar
fchall be taxed and collected as costs
Section 2. That the police judge
fctall receive as compensation for his
services a (salary of JSO.OO per month
ad one dollar in all prosecutions' for
violations of city ordinances where
plea of guilty is entered or a convic
tion secured which fee of one dollar
shall be taxed and collected as costs.
Section 3. That the city attorney
shall receive as compensation for his
services a salary of $63.00 per month
and a fee of one dollar in all prosecu-
tion for violations of city ordinances
where a plea of guilty Is entered or a
conviction secured which fee of one
dollar shall be taxed and collected
as costs.
Section 4. That the fees provided
for In thio ordinance shall in all cases
be taxed as costs and collected from
the defendant and the city shall in
no case be liable for said fees.
Section 5. That all ordinances or
parts of ordinances in conflict with
the provisions of this ordinance be
and are hereby repealed.
Section 6. That this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and
after its passage approval and pub-
lication. Passed and approved this 10th. day
of April J30S
