WHY PAY REIT WHEN YOU CAN OWN YOUR HOME
I will sell the little cottage and three lots on the Corner of Iowa
and Washita or Sixth Street for the sum of $2500 and will give
time or. naif of the purchase money if desjred. Thk property is
very desirable being centrally located on the north side of a street
and on a hundred foot street close to churches school and the new
library has fruit and shade trees a good cistern and filler alsogood
well water. The house was built to live in andnot to sell or rent
so was well put np. The property is a splendid investment if not
wanted to live in as it always rents well is never vacant aud the
property will certainly advance in price very rapidly when you get
statehood. If you desire to make a cash offer for the place see Vfr. '
Ed. F.Johns of the Citizens National Bank. If you want this or
any of the other eleven lots I own there in that block write toe at
No. greast and St. Pomona Cal. Now is your time to buy be-
fore the advance in the price of property for it certainly will advance
ia a very short time and will more than double in value after you get
statehood. If you have confidence in Chickasha and want to get in
on the ground floor make your offer at once for the above price is
subject to withdrawal atanytime without any notice. A B Snow
