A new hotel the Ritz-Carlton is to
be erected on the beach front here.
The plans which have been filed
call for a -nineteen story structure
and will make it the tallest hotel
in ' the resort. Dimensions show a
frontage on the boardwalk of 10"
I feet. The first floor plans are iden
tical with the arrangement of other
Ritz Carlton hotels in New York and
London. Sun parlors are "provided
on the seventh floor.
