tue of an execution to me directed
and now In my hands issued out of
the clerk's office of county court state
of Oklahoma In and for the county of
Grady upon a judgment rendered In
said court in favor of the Bank of
Bradley plaintiff and against S. B.
Clark C. W. King R. L. Brown and
C. E. Wallace defendants I have lev-
ied upon the following described prop-
erty of said defendant R. L. Brown
Forty head of two year old heifers
randed flying "y" on let' side and
" " on left thigh.
And that I shall on Tuesday the 2Ct
day ?f May A. D. 1908 at the hour of
one o'clock p. m. of said
day at the stock pound
in the town of Bradley In said county
and Btate proceed to sell the right
title and interest of the above named
R. L. Brown In and to the. above des-
cribed property to satisfy said judg-
ment and costs amounting to two hun-
dred ninety-two dollars and fifteen cts.
($292.15) together with all accruing
costs of sale and Interest on the same
from the 8th day of February 1908
