terday from Wintleld whero he has
been attending court. Tho case of
I.ou Holland vs. the Santa Fe was
tried ii ml Mr Holland represented the
plaintiff against Judge Troop attor-
ney for the road.
The case was one for personal in-
juries tho plaintiff having been put
off a traiu. Attorney Holland mailu n
hard brilliant fight and his efforts
were rewarded by the jury returning a
verdict of S3.000 against the Santa Fe
road.
