Deaths Rare.
The undertakers report that it
has been nearly two months since

This is certainly a fine record for a

but little attention to their crops
ana as a result there are scores of
families in absolute destitution.
What a relief the payment of this
money will mean can be seen from
the fact that enough will be distri-
buted to give each resident in the
Creek nation $5 were the payment

ATCHISON PHILOSOPHY.
When a man dresses up he hates
to return to his old clothes.
Oneot the joys of life is to reform
every morning and backslide at
night.

you are giving the. oth er side a
chance to be hetrd. Better keep
still.
After a man has married he
thinks that saying "Yes" when
his wife asks him is telling her
that he loves hfr.
It is almost as hard to get men
to talk of their coming business
