house the preliminary hearing was
held in the council chamber of the
city bull. The room was packed to
capacity and several were forced to
take seats and standing room inside
the railing.

and the decision had been rendered
at 11 o'clock. Not all witnesses who
took the oath were used by the de-
fense. Galindo's two' sons were present at
the hearing. His wife and daughter
are expected to return today from
San Antonio Texas where they were
visiting relatives when the Bhooting

Gullndo stated after the hearing
that he was going to confer with
Mrs. Taylor regarding the sale or
disposition of his interest in the 38
head of stock cattle on the Taylor
farm southwest of Norge.
