Cleveland O. July 27. Senator
Hnnna has sent another telegram to
U'axhington in regard to Or. RurkcII
Wilson who is about to be tried by
court-martial in Nicaragua for par-
ticipating in u filibustering exjedl-
tion. Dispatches from Nicaragua say
that Dr. Wilson is aeriously com-
promised us he was suspected of
haung participated in an expedition
In one of the provinces of Nicaragua
!n 1899. "I have discovered" said
Senator Hnnna "that Dr. Wilson waa
a student in the medical department
of Ohio state university in 1899 and
he did not graduate from that in-
Htltution until 1900. There is no
truth in the charge that he partic-
ipated in the revolution of 1899. I
have wired to J. J. Hill assistant
secretary of state requesting him to
notify our minister to Nicaragua and
Bee that Dr. Wilson ia accorded a
full and fuir trinl lor his life."

Indianapolis Ind. July 27. The
I'nited Wine Workers may try to ob-
tain the imjieachment of Federal
Judge Jackson o West Virginia who
r.-i ruined them frmn holding meet-
ings to induce men to quit work
and Imprisoned a number of the or-
ganizers for violating an injunction.
The plnn of action is not definitely
outlined but It is probable that the
impeachment proceedings will be be-
gun soon if Judge Juckson after a
final hearing refuses to dissolve the
injunction.
Secretary Wileou admitted that the
miners contemplate this course and
that a complete transcript of the
case including the complaints and
Judge Jackson's decision will be
prepared for submission to President
Roosevelt and the senate. The
miners also iutend to give the public
the evidence in the cuse. Wilson
aay that the miners will not ask
President Iti tosevelt to Interfere with
the injunction as he says they real-
ize that the president Is without
pff 7er as to injunctions but if the
habeas corpus proceedings fail to re-
lease the organizers the president
will be aked to pardon them.
