A very common form of swin-
dle is to be found in small adver-

work at home by which they can
earn good salary with little effort.
Applicants will find perhaps that

material is sent on receipt of a
certain turn w hich in itsilf is a

matter ends. Or perhaps some en-

in this is the request for postage

following statement in a recent
scientific discussion which is both
of interest and importance to ail
womankind.
"Face and form may be perfect.

beauty.
"Tne functions of- the kidneys
und of the bowels must be nor
mally active if we would insure a
pure complexion. The proper ae-
i ion of tbe kidneys may be usually
gained by moderate diet and free
water drinking.
'The tame is true of the bowels
although iu chronio constipation a
course of treatment with daily
enemas of warm water free exer-
cise and abundant drinking of
pure water uiuy be necessaiy.
Constipation is a prevalent dis-
order. Few will suffer however
if tbe hints herein given are fol-
lowed. The best kind ol water is
distilled water and the proper
cpiantify is about two quarts each
day. The principal cause of con-
