Dr.- AV. It. C. Latson M. D.
editor of the Health Culture
Magafine of New York makes the
following statement in a recent
scitntilic discussion which is both
of interest and importance to all
wouiankiud.
"Face and form may be perfect
expression beyond reproach
but if the complexion be imper-
fect there can be no effect of
beauty.
"The functions of the kidneys
and of the bowels mast be nor
mally active if we would insure I
pure complexion. The proper ae
liou of the kidneys may be usually
gained by moderate diet and free
water drinking.
''The ame is true of the bowels
although in chronio constipation
course of treatment with daily
enemas of warm water free exer
cise and abundant drinking of
pure water may be necessary
Constipation is a prevalent dis
order. Few will suffer however
if the hints herein given are fol-
lowed. The best kind ol water is
distilled water and the proper
quantity is about two quarts each
day. The principal cause of con-
supauon is lusuiucienc water artnu-

Cbickasbs real estate agents re-
port their business booming in cer-
tain lines and noiso lively in oth-
ers. Property for rent Is very
scarce and people are cons'anily
deterred from taking op their resi-
dence in Chiokasba because they
cannot get houses to live in. No
better investmentcan be found than
building houses for rent in Chickasha.
Chickasha is to be regaled
with 'Ten Nights in a Barltooni"
under a tent. Its the nearest ap-
proaoh to a circus we have had
this season bnt that will make it
none the less int. resting to the
small boy Most Chickasaw bar

this production of that harrowing
old drama ought to be very realis-
tic. What has become of the Chick-
asaw Gravel Co T The develop-
ment of the gravel Industry seems
to have suddenly dropped for some
unknown reason. With such a
splendid psvingmatenal rigbtBtoor
very doors this condition of aflaira
ought not to exist. Somebody
ought to take bold of that propot i-
