An Ordinance prohibiting the hitching of
any horse mule team or cattle upon
certain streets and avenues In the city
of Guthrie O. T. and providing a
penalty for the violation thereof.
Be It ordain) by the Mayor and Coun-
cllmen of the City of Quthrle O. T.:
Section 1. That it shall bo unlawful
for any person or persons to leave any
horse mule team or cattle hitched. And
it shall also be unlawful for any person
or persons to leave any norse mute
team or cattle unhitched for a period
to exceed five minutes on the following
named Streets and Avnnues In the City
of Uuthrle towlt:
On Harrison Avenue between Second
Street and Broad Street.
On Oklahoma Avenue between the
right-of-way of the Atchison Topeka
& Santa. Fe Hallway and Broad Street.
On Division Street between Oklahoma
Avenue and Vllae Avenue.
On Second Street between Oklahoma.
Avenue and Harrison Avenue.
Section 2. That any person or persons
violating any of the prevtsintu eX Sec-
tion 1 of this Ordinance sbaU be deetn-
eu guilty of a misdemeanor and upon
conviction in the Police Court snail
