listening to tho ovidonco in the suit
of John and Charlog Canny against
J. V. Hoover ot this city and the
Wrought Iron company of Canton O.

of a brldgo In Kingfisher county
.ludgo Evans directed tho Jury
to bring In a vordlot In favor
of Mr. Hoover. Tho court ruled that
Mr. Hoover was simply an agent of
tho company and that as ho had never
boon In Kingfisher county where the
accident occurred through the falling
of a bridge he could not bo hld per-
sonally responsible for- Its construc-
tion. A verdict was renJerotf accord
ingly and Mr. Hoover was discharged
from all responsibility lu tho matter
