early closir failed to publish the condition upon which
I signed "as .tgreed and also failed to send me a printed?"
copy of the exception or conditiou and also failed to send
me a Union Card to put in my window I hereby abrogate
the agreement and will hereafter open at G.30 a. m. and
close at 8.30 p. .i excepting Saturdays when the store
will be closed at 10 p. m.
With exception to members of my family my clerks
will not be detained after 6.30 p. m. excepting Saturdays.
No goods will be sold on Sunday. A large part ot my
stock consists of granite tinware and hardware which my
competitors are selling without let or hindrance early and
late. I carry druggists' sundries such as Perfumery toi-
