cluded at noon yesterday.
The company in building the
road from Southwest City to Qrovo
built across the farm ol Mr. Hardy
making cuts and fills. No agree-
ment could bo made ob to tho
amount of damages. A commis-
sion was appointed to oppriieo the
damago and I hoy fixed tho sum at
(300. This was refused by Mr.
Hardy who contends that his place
was injured to Ili6 amount of $1000.
The A. ft. 0. railroad is now owned
by the Frisco road.
