Henry 1'utz who were convicted with
him for the killing of St. John have
been denied a now trial and been com-
mitted. Tlio Fort Smith Tribune
speaking of this caso says: "Kvcry-
body looks upon tho trial and
conviction as an outrage and it Is real-
ly a triumph for tho worst elements In
the nation. If there was no law fur
the order that Knight wns enforcing
he Is not responsible and ought not to

superiors." In the grand jury's re-
