mined upon by tho Knights of Labor.
Here everything on tho Missouri Pa-
ciflc lino was quiet decidedly so. A
noto from Muskogee says: "Last Sat-
urday at tan o'clock tho Knighs of La-
bor omployod by this railroad com-
pany at Muskogoo struck tho day
operator ono yard man and Bovcrai
round houso and coal-chute men. No
ono appeared to know what thoy wero
striking for but It is supposed to bo
in connection with the Texas & Pacific
troubles. Shop men nt Parsons and
Dcnlson aro also out. Two more yard
men struck that night. Next morning
the oporator who struck camo back
saying the Knights of Labor had or-
dered him to go to work again. Tholr
order was no good and ho was not al-
lowed to go to work. All clerks freight
handlers and a fow operators wero laid
oir Sunday until business resumes.

tion nor sympathy with the sttlkors.
