Mad A Mistake.
Saturday. Roy Wynne who
wu charged with having robbed
the Lawton Mill & Elevator Co..
entered a plea of guilty and did
cot atand trial.
Wynne evidently did not know
that the juries in this term of
diatrict court had failed to com-
vict a tingle peraon up to that
time or he would have stood
trial and been acquitted.
John Tremont of Chickasha is
on trial this week and it is lucky
for hira to strike such a jury.
Judging from their verdicts in
other cases a man would be safe
betting dollars against doughnuts
that he Will be acquitted.

rather late to benefit many there

adantage of this extension.
