plainingly and with tho true Christian
fortitude which has characterized his
life since- his conversion a few years
ago
Wallace was well and familiarly
known to all the old-time residents of
Beaver county being one of tho pioneer
cowboys on tho range here in the early
days. He was a brother of Hon. R.
I!. Quinn of Guymon one of the best
known early day characters of the
Southwest. He possessed many splen-
did qualities and always had a host of
friends. His heart was big and lmwas
generous and kind to a fault almost)
While ho may havo sowed his wild oats
in his early days yet ho never forgot to
be a gentleman and In duo season ho
scperated the tares liom tho wheat and
tho closing years of his life wcro de-
voted faithfully to Christian service.
He was a consistent member of tho
Methcdlst church and his life for Christ
was an exemplary one and one which
had a great inllucnce for good upon
his associates.
Ho is survived by a wife and two lit-
tle ones. Two other children a son
and daughter preceded him to the
Better Land and their baby voices were
there to greot papa when the summons
came for him to go. Iiesidu his brother
R. B. Qulnn a mother two Meters and
a number of other relatives nro left to
mourn his untimely demise.
Tho sympathy of all is extended to
all who mourn. Their grief is shared
by u wide circle of friends. The IIkuald
Joins in sincere sympathy. We have
known Wallace and Nora for many
years. In those care-frco early days
wo all grew up as one happy family and
shared alike each others Joys and sor-
rows. Now that grief has como to one
of our number there are many whose
hcartti ache and who minglo their tears
with those who weeps.
