propriated out of the contingent fund
heretofore levied for tho fiscal year
ending June 30 1011 the sum of SI-
20S.C2 nnd for.the purposeof ro-indors-lug
said contingent fund to the amount
so taken from it the County Treasurer
is hereby authorized and directed to
return said sum Into said contingent
fund out of tho 1011 tax herein levied
u lion collected.

bonds or interest coupons remain out
standing and unpaid.
That this resolution shall be in full
force and effect thirty (30) days after
its passage and approval.
Thereupon Commissioner V. S. Van
deburg seconded said mot'on.
There being no further discussion
the Chairman ordered the roll called
with the following result:

clared to be unanimously adopted.
