Capital Location Was Valid
Passing upon tho four points raised
by thcGuthrio litigants as relating to
the removal of thu state capital from
Guthrie to Oklahoma City the decision
rendered yesterday by tho supreme
court dispels all doubt as to the valid-
ity of the special session of the legisla-
ture which authorised such removal
and establishes the fact that Oklahoma
City is tht permanent seat of the state
government.
While thero has been intimation
that tho case would bo carried tip to
the tuprcmo court of the United States
thero is littlo probability that this will
bo done All doubtful points have been
clarified by the stale court in a man-
ner that leaves littlo room for supposi-
tion that tho national court of last re-
sort would reverse its findings.
