using tho combination on tho outside
doors of tho vault and did not know
tho same. Tho Election Board threw
on the combination by mistake and
when they came to rctufn to their
work nobody could open the vault.

vor City sawed off a bolt and oponcd
tho vault Monday. No harm was done
by tho experience but a pretty good
joke was on tho Board for a few days. '
