have live coyotes three skunks nnd
a mountain lien which waa five
feet in length. Tho men deservo a
chicken pie for killing so many coyotes.
Mr. and Mrs. Joe Michael gave n
grand Thanksgiving dinner. A few of
their friends were invited and they all
report having a nice time. Mn.
Michael has tho honor ot being called
a lint-class cook.
Quite a force of men were out work-
ing the roads the past few days. Lon
Woods makes a line road overseer.
Mn. W. Strauss and daughter were
doing some trading at Custer last week.
Mn. J. R. Barnes had a surprise on
her Thanksgiving dinner. Her inothor
and sister took dinner with her.
Cattle are looking well. Plenty of
grass and water in this part of the
country.
Mn. M. Sims and girl were visiting
at Strauss' today. While she wns
there she took a lesson in drawn work.
Mrs. Geo. Perry has been supplying
her nelghbsn witli home made hominy
