sas bought of K. M. ltizlcy of KIui-
wood thrco head of horses which they
wcro taking home last week when on
reaching Six Milo their horses became
frightened and both nion were thrown
from tho buggy. They received no se-
vere injuries however and continued
their journey
Tho Gharst-Irvin replevin suit re-
ferred to in tho Heuai.D several months
since appears to havo been renewed in a
modified form on Tuesday of last week
at Ilardesty. It will bo remembered
that in the first place Gharst brought
suit against Irvin for the recovery or a
cow of which ho claims the latter held
unlawful possession. Tho cow was re-
plevied and placed in charge of W. I).
Crano of Optima. Last week Irvin sued
Gharst to reoovcr the cow of which he
clfimcd ownership and as a result of the
trial a roplevin was granted.
