Caption: "General Wainwright arrived here today for a personal inspection gour of the entire disaster area, including this city, White Horse, Okla., Higgens, Texas, Clazier, texas, adn White Deer, Texas. The general conferred with Dr. Raymond Barnes, Red Cross medical director of Midwestern area, center, and Rober Edson, Red Cross disaster director of the Area, both of St. Loius. General Wainwright offered the facilities of the Fourth Army Command which he heads."
