- Content Description: Photograph used for a story in the Oklahoma Times newspaper. Caption: "OPENING CONCERT of the Oklahoma City Symphony's 32nd season was all-orchestral and wecomed warmly. The concert will be repeated Tuesday at 8:15 p.m. in Civic Center Music Hall Traditionally, a reception honoring the orchestra members, their spouses and Dr. and Mrs. Guy fraser Harrison (he's conductor) is given after the opening concert by the symphony society. held at Val Gene's Red Eagle, it had two new honorees- Frederick Moyer, new manager of the orchestra, and Mrs. Moyer. Among the guests were, photo above, Mr. and Mrs. R. D. Phillips, Madill, and daughters, Dana, Anette and Patti, Mrs. Phillips is a state board member of the society."
