Irrigation System.

Frank Anderson, one of the
hustlers in the Frisco immigra-
tion service, was in the city yes-
terday on business. Mr. Ander-
son is feeling very proud of the
passage of the irrigation act and
the consequent nearness of activ-
ities on the part of the govern
ment in the matter of reservoirs
in the new country along the line
of the Frisco railway and the ex-
