respectable white people will not be
excluded. It is requested that all

matter of the city name before the
council at its last, meeting, but. as no
quorum xvas present then it will he pre
sentedat the next regular meeting which
will be on Mouday night. It is hoped
that there will be a full attendance
of the council to consider this im-
portant matter.

er to qualify and receive his certificate
which was issued on December 13.
