Caption: "Emerging from retirement is this 1921 model fire truck purchased by the city of Hugo in 1922 and aold to a civil defense auxillary fire brigade at Los Alamos, N. M. where it will be used for publicity purposes in promotion of the civil defense program. In the driver's seat are Homer Nash, fire chief, and Frank Coldwell who was Hugo mayor at the time of the fire equipment was purchased."
