calling join attention to the room
and building that you have pro-
vided for a Court room and office
room for the Clerk of the County
Court, and the County Judge’s
office. At the present ti ne the
building is not in a habitable
condition for the sate preserving
of the records and the property of
the county. It is impossible to
remove the filing and record cases
to any safe place where they would
not be exposed to fire or being
carried away, and the roof of the
building ia in bad condition, and

to the opinin of the the best legal
talent in thia country there is no
law on this question, and while
the Governor has named Mt. Park
as the temporary county seat, yet
there is no law from any source I practically all
giving him thia power, and as I Park people.

the demands of your petitioners
or the public at large and that
there are no suitable residence or

families.
