house because of the hard rain.

tra and some of the characters of
the show did commendable work.

right to discuss now ; but we look in
vain for any great moral or patriot-
ic lesson it teaches now that can
atone for the evil it does in arous-

Mr and Mrs K. Drown came
in Sunday from Oregon where
thev have been living for sever-
al months and where Mr. Drown
has interests. Mrs. Drown’s
cousin Mrs. Justus returned
with them and remained for
several days before leaving for
her home in Rye Valley Ore.
Misses Florence Buchanan, Mablc
Ham and Grace Greenwood and
Messrs Ed Galloway, Hugh Corey
and Irl Lumm drove to the Indian
village north of town last Sunday.
