who used to be in Stroud was here
several days this week looking over
the ground with a view to locating
here again.
Shortly after two "movers” drove
out of J. A. Meinecke’s wagon yaro
last Monday morning it was discov-
ered that they had stolen a hand
say from the yard. Mr. Meinecke
and Marshal Ward Lycan s arted
in pursuit and overtook them a short
distance from town and recovered
the tool. “Someone must have put
it in the wagon” said one ot thr
