7lie w iiiU-r wheat raised in Ok-
lahoma this year, is acknowledged
to be liner than that raised in, any

Onr cotton in Oklahoma grades
higher this year than any stale in the
cotton belt, and leads them all. It
brings the highest market price.
Any farmer who sells his claim or
farm, lying anywhere in this vicinity,
with the expectation of doing better
somewhere else, will probably be
disappointed.
It is a fact, that a greater number
of.persons will come to our territory
1hi« season with the view of buying
farms, than has come at any time
since the opening of the f'Strip."
The prices of our real estate must
iake a big jump into higher figures.
It is said that McKinlcy in mak-
ing appointments to office, carefully
figures out the matter of how much
it will boom his chauces for a second
nomination. Judging the matter
from his appointments in Oklahoma
•we don't believe he knows how to ci-
pher very well.
It is said by papers published iu
the Eastern States that the bankers
of New York City are loaning mou-
sy in London. If such is the case,
why is such a high rate of. interest
charged to the borrowers here in
the west. Surely, there is no place
in the world where so much security
isigiven on money loaned, as in ^the
Great West.
If capitol is plenty enough to seek
<i foreign country, one twould very
•naturally suppose that a lower rate
of interest would govern loans made
iinjthe west.
Buyers to'' Oklahoma larnis
are jtiet beginning to put in an
appearance. Coino ahead, for
there are always some persons
who have to part with even the
beiet kind of a thing.

Tho price of castor beans keeps
stetidily at $1.00 per bushel, and
there are hundreds of bushels
coming to town.
If the dogs keep on increasing
in numbers hero in town, some
one will have to start a sauBage
factory.
I want your produce and will
pay you the highest market price

tul here in town last season, will
