FILE IN NEW MEXICO
THE CO-OPERATIVE REAL ESTATE CO., of Clayton,
New Mexico, guarantees to the people of Greer county for
a consideration of $75 deposited in a local bank to defray
all expense, including railroad fare, hotel bills, livery bills,
locating, filing fees, and government expenses, to parties
desiring to procure a homestead, where rheumatism and
consumption is unknown. As good soil as there is in Ok-
lahoma. $75 will be charged and will include all expense
and in case homeseekers should not file, $35 will be re-
funded at Clayton. Parties should look into this matter
at once as the filing will close August 1, 1907. Also the
