for other licenses and now in his

Commissioner, in the sum of $3,
000, being a Surety bond was read
and approved.
The bond of J. H. Grother as city
clerk, a bond in the sum of $1,000
as read and approved.
Mr. Grother having already taken
the oath of office, Mr. Shoup retir
ed from the clerkship and Mr. Groth-
er was duly installed.
The council unanimously voted
