Mrs Carlotta D. Fellows
This week the News is authorized
to place the name of Mr^. Carlotta
D. Fellows, in the announcement col-
umn as a candidate for the office of
County Clerk on the Democratic tic-
ket.
Mrs. Fellows is the present incum-
bent of this office and from the man

man has heard in regard to her offic-
ial acts, she has made the county an
excellent clerk and is deserving of \
Sheriff Allen, thanking ihe people of
Cimarron County for ihtir past fav-
ors to him and announcing that he
will not be a candidate- for re-elec-
tion to the office which he now
holds. Mr. Allen has made a good
sheriff, but believes in the principal
of retiring at the end of a second
term and giving the other fellow a
chance.
