RULES AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING THIS CONTEST
1. Any girl or woman living within a seventy-five mil'
radios of Blair may enter this contest:-
2. Each contestant must be regularly nominated by usinj
the printed nomination blank in the Blair Weekly Progress.

more than one blank can be used by each nominee.

6. No one connected with the Blair Weekly Progress or
the merchants in this contest will be permitted to enter ihe con-
K;c or to use the votes cf their customers, but a list of the candi-
dates may be displayed in each place of business.
7. No candidate will be permitted to solicit votes inside or
in front of any of the stores taking pert in this contest or in
The Blair Weekly Progress office. To do so will cause iheir
name to be taken from the list of candidates.
8. Should any two candidates receive the same number of
votes for the Piano or for the Bonus Prizes, the prizes will bo
awarded them jointly and the winners may divide the jrize to
suit themselves. This rule does not apply to the Special Suc-
cess arizes or Awards prizes.
9. No candidate can win more than one Bonus prize, but
they :ar. win as m?ry Special prizes as they crre to work for.
10. All subscriptions secured by the candidates nust be
reported ana b- paid for each week, and the votes therefor nust
berdeposited in the ballot box at this office.
11. Securing of the Special Success prizes does not b r
the candidate from working for another Success arize, but votes
once counted will not be counted again for another Success prize
Votes counted to secure a Success prize will be counted ap.ain
for bonus prizes, the Award prizes and Grand Caoitr.l prize.
