The above named defendant will
hereby take Notice that he has
beeu sued in the above named
Court and at the place aforesaid,
by the above named plaintiff for
the sum of $45.45 together with
interest from the 9th day of Nov-
ember 1909, until paid and the
further sum of $10.00 attorneys
fees. In aid of the said suit an
order or attachment was issued of
against the personal property of
the said defendant and property to
the amount of $65 was levied up-
on, that said order of attachment
was issued on the 9th day of Nov-
ember 1909. That this cause is
now set down for hearing on the
16th day of December 1909, and
unless he shows reason why such
attachment should not be sustain-
ed and why said plaintiff should
not recover judgement will be stak-
ed against him as aforesaid.
