said Fred A. Hanys, was duly
adjuicated a bankrupt; and that
the first meeting of his creditors
will be held at the office of the
undersigned Referee, at Lawton
Comanche County, Oklahoma, on
the 12th day of November, 1909.
at 9 o'clock a. m., at which time
the said creditors may jittend,
prdve their claims, examine the
bankrupt, and transact all and
singular such business as may
properly come before said meeting.
