Notice is hereby given that pur-
suant to an older of sale issued out of
the office of the court clerk of Greer
County, State of Oklahoma, on tha
2nd day of September, 1919, in ua
action wherein George A. Morse wes
plaintiff, and W. P. Toole, Annie Toole
Hettie Mulkey Reinhardt, Marvin
Reinhardt, were defendants, directed
to me, the undersigned sheriff of
Greer County, State of Oklahoma,
commanding me to levy upon and sell
without appraisement, the following
described lands and tenements, to-
I wit:
1 Northwest Quarter of Section Fif-
teen (16), Township Seven (7)
North of Range Twenty One (21),
West of the Indian Meridian in
Greer County, State of Oklahoma,
to satisfy a judgment and decree nf
foreclosure in favor of the said plain-
tiff, and against the defendants, ob-
tained and made in said court on tha
18th day of November, 1918, for the
sum of $1805.95, with ten per cent
interest thereon from November 18,
1918, and the further sum of $150.W
Attorney's fees, with six per cent in-
terest thereon from November 18,
1918, and costs of said action, and u*-
