Young, plaintiff, and Jas. Dixon,
defendant, was disposed of in com-

ant Dixon who was represented by
H. M. Tate. The plaintiff was
represented by Judge E. I. O'-

seemed bound to win, but the law
and evidence were against him
and the fight by his opponent was
so ably made that all were sure of
the result before the jury retired
This was an attachment to null a
contract that had passed into the
hands of a third party. The evi-

rections to hear the case argued.
It probably attracted more atten-
tion than any case yet tried by-
Judge Fears. Judge Tate was
congratulated on all sides for his
brilliant defence.
