Henry P. Itobinson, serial No. 01972,
entry No. 7CC5, made August 28th,
1901, for southeast quarter section
32, township 7 north range 22 west,
by Henry P. Robinson, contestee, in
which it is alleged that said entry-
inan has wholly abandoned said tract
for more than four years last past;
that snid entry had not been earned
nor said default cured; that said al-
leged absence was not due to military
service, said parties are hereby no-
tified to appear, respond and offer
evidence touching said allegation at
10 o'clock a. m., on March 7th, 1910,
before Jarret Todd, County Judge of
Greer County, Oklahoma, at his of-
fice at Mangum, Okla., land that
final hearing will be held at 10
o'clock a. m., on March 17th, 1910,
before) the register and receiver at
the Ul-ilted States land office in Law
ton, Okla., rule 13.

proper affidavit, filed January 19th,
1910, set forth the facts which show
